この動画は、ぬか床でのぬか漬けの作り方を手順ごとに説明しています。 1️⃣まず、選んだ野菜にひとつまみの塩を揉み込みます。これにより余計な水分が出始め、ぬか漬けの味が野菜によく浸透するようになるとのこと。塩を揉み込んだ後は30分ほど待ちます。 2️⃣その間に、ぬか床のお手入れを行います。ひとつまみの塩をぬか床に加え、底からしっかりとかき混ぜます。 3️⃣30分後、野菜から出た水分をキッチンペーパーで拭き取った後、ぬか床に野菜を一つずつ入れていきます。野菜同士がくっつかないよう注意しながら入れます。 4️⃣最後には、容器の縁を拭き取ったキッチンペーパーをぬか床の四隅に入れ、漬ける間に出る水分を吸収します。これによって物が開けた時に水分が広がらないようになります。その後、2日間冷蔵庫で漬けたらぬか漬けが完成します。お好みの野菜を選んで、自分だけのぬか漬けを楽しんでみてはいかがでしょうか。このように、特別な器具や素材も必要なく、自宅で簡単に作れるのがぬか漬けの魅力です。健康にも良いとされている発酵食品、ぬか漬けに挑戦してみませんか？ #菜香や #ぬか漬け #ミルキークイーン #麻布台ヒルズ #発酵食品 #ぬか漬け生活 #茨城県 #ミルキークイーン米ぬか #無添加

We had the pleasure of holding our first ever Nukazuke Workshop in Osaka as part of the Wood Barrel Fermentation Culture Summit, hosted by Nakaya! The theme of our workshop was “Easy Nukadoko for Everyday Life,” and our wonderful CEO personally led the class, sharing fun and easy ways to care for your nukadoko. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who participated! Even those attempting nukazuke for the first time found the process to be simple and accessible. Participants were able to experience the soft, fluffy texture and delicious aroma of our Milky Queen rice bran first hand. The workshop was a resounding success, culminating in a group photo full of smiles.
