Thank you so much for your support this year.
In 2025, we were able to meet and interact with many of you through our nukazuke pickles at Naikouya. We are truly grateful for your support. 🙏
We have exciting news to share as we close out the year. We’re delighted to announce our appearance on TV Asahi’s “Jun Walk” scheduled for broadcast on December 29 (Mon). They’ll be featuring Naikouya’s Nukazuke at Azabudai Hills. 📺🌿
On the program, you’ll see avocados, tofu, and pears, some of the unexpected ingredients used in our nukazuke pickles. It’s a lovely deep dive into the depth and joy of nukazuke, simply shared through strolling around the town. 😊
