🔰Whether this is your first time or not, please make nukaduke by referring to this video!
1️⃣ First, prepare the vegetables.
Pinch some salt and rub it well into the vegetables.
The excess water will begin to come out and the nukaduke will penetrate the vegetables well.
[Waiting for about 30 minutes after kneading it is the point!]
2️⃣ While waiting, we will take care of the nukadoko 🩷
Even on the nukadoko, sprinkle a pinch of salt and stir it from the bottom.
[One pinch is the amount of salt that can be pinched with the thumb, index finger, and middle finger!]
3️⃣ After 30 minutes, put the vegetables into the nukadoko while wiping off the water that comes out of the vegetables with kitchen paper or the like.
The key is to keep the vegetables from sticking to each other!
4️⃣ Lastly, put kitchen paper wiped around the container into the four corners of the nukadoko to absorb the water that comes out during pickling.
This is the maintenance to prevent it from being watery when you open the lid!
Pickled for about two days in the refrigerator and it’s done!
